Now that we are almost 2 weeks into the New Year, how many of you are still focused on your goals? I know I definitely am, and I want to help you reach yours as well. I have a very special giveaway for you today!!

If you are curious as to the difference in a training plan or coaching, just check out my coaching page. It is all explained there. There absolutely no catch – other than, of course, actually entering the giveaway!

So here is what you need to do:

    I would really like to win the 1 month personal training plan! It is an amazing opportunity to jump start my weight loss and improve my running I think. I know it sucks but I will never get faster until I lose those extra lbs. I want to tone my arms (as much as is possible at this point) so I can wear a wedding dress that does not require sleeves or a jacket or circus tent. :)

    Wow! Are you able to “run coach” someone even if they’re far away? That would be awesome, as I’m hoping to up mileage to complete a full marathon in the near future. otherwise the 3 month training plan would be super helpful as well. Have fun this weekend – cheering on friends is always fun :)

    Oh, yes… I would love to win the one month of coaching! I feel like I’m going to need some serious coaching and motivation to get back my fast-twitch muscles back on track after the marathon. :)

    I would love to win the 3-month training plan. I’ve been running for almost two years and I really want to improve my performance this season. I’ll be running my third half-marathon in February and want to be prepared for that, and the rest of my races this year!

    My last Facebook status, from the gym this morning, was “I need a personal trainer!” I’d love a one month personal training plan, I can’t figure out how to incorporate strength training into my marathon training effectively. And when I do hit the gym I just wander around using random weight machines until I’m tired, I’m sure there should be a method to the madness!

    I would love to win a 3 month plan for one of my best friend’s! I know I would love to use it myself since I’ll be marathon training over the summer, but to see her reach her goals that she has been working for a long time to reach would be way more fulfilling :)

    I would love to win the 1 month of run coaching. I’m doing my first half marathon at Rock n Roll St Pete, and then the Gasparilla Bud Select 55 Challenge (both in Feb), and I’m also signed up for the Iron Girl Half marathon in Clearwater (that’s in April). I am currently being coached for RnR, but that coaching ends at that race, and I could really use some help to get me to Iron Girl!

    I would love to win the 3 month training plan. My goal is to get faster and untimately my main goal is a sub 2 half marathon. Your coaching has been great thus far and the training plan has helped me get faster. Continuing the training after February would ensure I would continue to get faster.

    I would love to win the one month of run coaching. Next week marks the 1st year anniversary of my 5k but I am still walking. I feel it might be a confidence issue and with the proper coaching I might be able to jog a full 5k. Great contest!

    I would love the 3 month training plan. I’m attempting a full marathon in May (again). After injuring my knee during training last summer, my marathon dreams got put on hold. I want to be as strong as possible this time around to make it across the finish line happy and injury free!

    Hi Mary! I started running in September for weight loss reasons and I’ve continued because I fell in love with running! I’ve been running 5ks and I would really love to run longer races, but I need help! Your blog and race recaps have already helped me with my running journey and I know a month of your run coaching would help me get to the next level!

    What a gret give away. I would choose the 3 month run training plan. I am a 44 year old African American woman navigating this world of running and trying to lose about 25 pounds. I have been on this journey to end the cycle of heart disease in my family. Running has become my me time and I use it as one more avenue to lose the pounds. I have run two 5ks and one 8k. I registered for the Diva half in April and could really use a new plan. Hope you pick me.

    Oh, man, I totally want one month of run coaching! I’m just starting to train for my second marathon… it’s scheduled for May 11, which means–since I live in Minnesota–that most of my training runs will be in the cold or dark. Or in the cold AND dark. I did the Twin Cities marathon last Fall, and it was so exciting and wonderful I decided to go for it and sign up for a May race. Now I’m realizing I’m looking at a lot of miles, on my own, in the cold. I need some serious help to motivate me and help me reach my goal! A month of run coaching right in that end-of-February-to-end-of-March window would be so AWESOME.

    I would love to win the 3 month training plan. I’ve run one 10K and struggled some at the end although I kept running! I would like my next attempt in September to be a new PR. Somehow I’ve got to figure out how to go faster.

    I think I’d like the three-month running plan. I am signed up for two half marathons this spring – one is for fun and the other is my “A” race. I’ve set up my own schedule but it’s always a toss-up trying to get everything into a plan.
